This magnificent song proves why the Beatles were so great together, the sum was greater than the individual parts.

It is indeed a good rendition of John's song. Properly arranged and mixed. However, I wonder if it would be better if it was arranged in such a way that it has a "I'm the Walrus" like strong string, bass and drum intro with possibly a few tidbits of the voices of the lads in the middle ala "Yellow Submarine" and ends with a sustained single note like "A Day on the Life". Finally, it would be nice to insert John's Rooftop Concerts farewell quote "Thank you and on behalf of the Boys I hope we pass the audition". That will be the perfect end of the LAST OF THE BEATLES SONGS.

It's okay but why are they claiming it's a Beatles song? It was a cast off from John's recordings in the 70's. It totally had nothing to do with the Beatles and I heard George said it was efing rubbish and I think John agreed since it was never released! Still love the Beatles but Paul's voice is finished and time for him to hang up his hat!

The more I listen to it, the more I love it. Even if the sound is a bit more modern or contemporary, it still touches me because that's what Beatles music can do when you enter its universe. And the lyrics... The Beatles, especially Lennon-McCartney-Harrison, just know how to write wonderful melodies and arrange songs that sound fresh and timeless.
